We're located close to Montgomery College's Rockville Campus and 1.3 miles from the Rockville Metro Station.


Driving:

  • From I-495, take I-270 North
  • Take exit 6-A, Route 28 East /Montgomery Avenue, Bear right at the top of the exit ramp to head east toward downtown Rockville.
  • Take the first left onto Mannakee Street.  
  • Proceed 0.6 mile, through a roundabout and straight through one stop sign.
  • Turn right onto Welsh Park Drive.
  • Go one short block to the UUCR entrance on the right.
  • Parking lots are located down the driveway and past the buildings. Two large lots are on the left.
Public transportation:

On Sundays, take the Metro Q5 bus or the Ride-On Bus 46 to the Rockville Montgomery College bus stop:

  • Exit the college onto Mannakee Street; turn right.
  • Walk 4 blocks along Mannakee Street, crossing Nelson Street/Martin's Lane and walking beside Welsh Park.
  • Turn left onto Welsh Park Drive; walk one block to UUCR entrance.
  • Total walking distance is about 0.5 mile.

From the Rockville Metro Station, UUCR is a 1.3 mile walk. You may also reach UUCR from the Rockville Metro Station utilizing several bus/walking combinations. For details, see the Washington Metro System trip planner.

 

  • Building 5: Sanctuary, religious education classes (5th to 12th grade), and an elevator for easy access. Restrooms are located in the lower level.
  • Building 4: Offices of the senior minister, associate minister, director of religious education (RE), RE coordinator, church administrator, interim director of music, and director of communications & membership. Room 44, a general meeting room, is also located in this building.
  • Building 3: Nursery and religious education classes (preschool to 1st grade) on Sundays; Rockville Community Nursery School on weekdays.
  • Building 2: Religious education classes (2nd to 4th grade) on Sundays; Early Childhood Center on weekdays.
  • Building 1: Founders Hall, Fellowship Hall, the workroom and conversation corner, and kitchen.
